SPT Pensions was formed in 1983 by Stephen P. Taft. Our mission is to provide quality retirement plan consulting, as well as Third Party Administration for small to medium sized companies, incorporated as well as sole proprietors and partnerships.
We oversee retirement plans from start-up through termination of defined benefit as well as defined contribution and 401(k) plans.
In addition to membership in the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries as a “Qualified Pension Administrator" as well as "Qualified 401k Consultant" (QKC), we are also qualified to practice before the Internal Revenue Services as an “Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent” (ERPA), where we mostly represent clients during plan audits.
